Kids
I got a new niece..naaa na na na na. Isnt she beautiful? Meet Mariah Patricia Melessa. What a babe.

This little mess is 10 months...2 more to go down the baby road. Her little spunk personality is just gleaming out of her I love it so. Its crazy to me that my little 3rd baby is big enough now to eat toast, drink her dads soda and shake her head no!

Last night I was snuggling with Leah. She looked up and said "Mom, I love your smell."
"Oh ya, what do I smell like?" I said. "You smell like new toys." I will take that as a compliment seeing as how new toys are the object of every child's affection.

Leisure
I love a good British comedy. And this movie doesn't disappoint. Its strangely funny and I laughed and laughed.

Food
Walmart has Neighborhood Markets. Who knew? One just opened about 25 seconds from my house so I went to check it out last night. It is set up exactly like a super Walmart but smaller and you don't have to walk 3 miles from the dairy section to buy hairspray. Nice.

I am making this today for dinner and I want to dig right into it now...the smells are killing my stomach in delight.

Work
Who wants us to move closer to home? Would you please let my husband know this? In his crazy mind, Ohio, Illinois and Pennsylvania are closer... and I'm not having it. But nothing is set in stone so keep your fingers crossed. Please.

Laundry. yuck. I can not get a grip. Not get a grip. Not get a grip. Please send me the laundry fairy to wash, fold, sort, stack, and put away. Or...maybe I should just have my neighbor come babysit again ;)

lol lol

I want to play with Maya, so that means you have to move at least somewhere along I-15. If you move to Utah County, we could do laundry together.

I love the Neighborhood Markets! They are usually slower with less traffic. I didn't know they were still opening new ones. Wish I had one nearby!

I'm adding Run Fat Boy Run to our Netflix right now.

Love the smell of new toys! That is quite the compliment!

Your baby is so cute. She looks like a cabbage patch doll. Good luck with laundry (you must do something right if you smell like new toys) and the move!

Wait, there's a laundry fairy? Maybe they're on strike here in California... can I borrow her when I return to VA?
At least you smell like new toys, I didn't get that lucky. Daddy smelled like leaves, Wyatt smelled like honey, and I smelled like poop. (although Daddy really disagreed, I figured I would smell like Warm Vanilla Sugar since I just sprayed it on... maybe I farted?!) lol. Oh and Just because they make a smaller "market" doesn't mean I'm going to like Walmart anymore than I do now. (which isn't much)

Those places are definitely NOT closer, but I know people from each of those states and loved everything about living there. They want to move back, but their job is in Utah...maybe I can hook you all up and make some kind of job-trade! :)

ummm, i solved the laundry problem (k, not solved...helped) by teaching my kids how to put their own clothes on hangers and how to put all their things away themselves. SHOCKING how easy it makes things. (they now also put away the babys clothes, the towels and the dish rags. they even put away the dishes in the dishwasher...at least the ones that they can reach their destination.) put your little slaves to work girl!

I can't seem to get a grip on my laundry lately either. What's the deal? And in about 4.5 weeks my laundry is going to explode. I better get it under control STAT!!

And I agree with Jessica...Texas is totally closer! :)

Hahaha Laundry is the only thing I have been able to do! John just keeps cycling it through. and I sit here on my couch and fold away. First time in my life that I have actually liked that I have laundry to do!

Congrats on the new addition and that photo of your baby, so cute. Thanks for the tip on that movie, looks like it's to funny. I love the Neighborhood Wal-Mart. We call it the Wal-Mart grocery. Cause if we don't need to get anything from electronics or clothing, why not make it easy on everyone and go to the grocery one. Love it! And good luck in finding the best place that you and your family can call home. Laundry is like the excess body that you don't want, you or I mean I do all that I can and I just won't go away. Ahhh! Great post by the way.

Mariah is beautiful...I bet you're dying to meet her!
Maya has got to be the ca-Utest sassy little thing I have ever seen! I can't get over her hair and those cheeks! SO cute!
And I second your laundry comments. I currently have 4 baskets of clean laundry that have sat in my family room for 3 days, 3 bins of dirty waiting in the wings and my washer and dryer each have a load in them that I am in denial about finishing. Will we survive?!

Maya is adorable. I don't know how she can get any cuter, but she manages to.

We watched Run Fat Boy Run and agree that it's pretty hilarious. Also fans of brit comedies. Love Simon Pegg.

As far as work - I say, westward ho! And hopefully we'll be heading that direction pretty soon too. :)
