We ARE upscale.
Many an evening at my house is spent naked in the back yard. We have to live up to the white trash name, living in military housing and all. And heaven for bid we mow the lawn.

Asher has decided he wants to be potty trained. Good thing. I had no idea how to go about it with a boy. I had HAD IT changing sick diapers and yelling at him did the trick I guess.
What a good mom am I.

A favor
Does anyone have a booster, regular carseat, and infant seat not in use that I could borrow while I am in Utah? Aug 12-Sept 24. This would make my life A LOT easier in route across the US with 3 kids and luggage.
If you do, just let me know. Gracias, and see you all SOON! cha ching.

Like sand in the looking glass..or beach...or mouth
Nate and Lyndsi have been out visiting us this week and we've had the best time! They even got to stay a few extra days courtesy of Delta. Lots of days spent at the beach and the pool and enough sand in our ears and mouth for the rest of the summer. And who loves the chubby? Me.

Kung Fu Hair
Today as we were waiting in the drive-thru for our always fresh, never frozen Wendys 99 cent value menu lunch, Leah noticed a guy in the window of the restaurant sitting at a table eating lunch. Excitedly she said, "Look mom, I see Kung Fu Panda hair!" Asher chimed in, "I want that."
Who knew balding could be so animated.

Melessa's vs D.C.
And we conquered. 6 kids, 3 strollers, 1 baby bjorn, 2 white mini-vans, 2 teenagers, 6 adults, 3 days in D.C., sugar, fast food, red, white, blue, rain, sunshine, 6 hours of traffic on the way home. Success. And a lot of fun on the way.
Thanks Steve, Pat, Sam, Cherin, Tia, Kauri, Paul, Jalen, Chi chi, Brooklyn, Leah, Asher, Maya. Love you all. And I really want that necklace.

And the livin is easy....
Ohhhh fur cute! I found these suits on sale for 4 buckaroos each. Too bad I'm not a 5t or else I could match too. This makes Leah's swimsuit total for the summer to 8. The girl loves swim suits. Baby M. looks like she was about to poop...and she did.
These little piggies played in the pool for too long. I love raisined feet. It shows of good times in the summer sun....or bathtub. In my effort to be more domestic, I hung flowers on my porch. Too bad half of them are sun plants and half are shade plants and they are half dying. Our friend Deron in the pic has been with us since our South Carolina days. He and Paul do the same thing on the same boat. If you're lookin for a Texas Mormon sailor....he's single ;) Peeka-boo mom.
So here is "da hood" This is what it looks like every single night till the wee hours of the morning. Unfortunately they are right outside our window and annoy the crap out of us. I'm going to purchase the sign in my last post and nail it to my pillar. I realize they are just teenagers so I'm "the nice neighbor" but still....annoying. p.s. can you find the goods grabber? sick.
