My friend Nancy and her kids were over last night playing, she cuts hair so we were talking about hair cuts and watching Shear Genius (reality show about hair stylists), So there was a "buzz" in the air already....
the girls went upstairs, found some scissors, I have know idea where, and started chopping....we had no idea but it was extremely quiet...shoulda been the first clue...
Leah comes waltzing down the stairs expecting compliments cause she was dressed up in some crazy ensemble and instead got swear words....
we couldnt find the hair, they shut and locked the door...smart little cusses.
"We just wanted to be like you, moms" they said.
How sad! WOW! Her hair does look really cute short. But before she was fitting the "white trash" motto, kind of a mullet? Business in front, party in the back! LOL!
I am always worried about my kids doing that, especially since Cadence watches me do hair all the time. Her new haircut is so darn adorable! I love it. I cut Cadence's hair in a cute little bob almost a year ago and although I did love it, I was sad and it took me a while to get use to it. It's different when it's your own kid. What a cutie!
I had a moment like that, but kelsie was at school when she did it to hers. She said that a boy in her class told her to do it! LOL! Leah's hair looks really cute short.

I did that when I was about Leah's age (also with the help of a friend). For some reason I wanted bangs. It was not pretty.

Oh my goodness! She really went at it! I love her new do though...very, very cute! We mostly just get wet every night too. The kids love gettin' the trampoline wet with the hose. Ah, a favorite pastime of mine as well. And for carseats, my Mom has got a booster seat in her basement that you'd be more than welcome to borrow. Glad you're comin' home for a visit!

Those pictures of the hair on the floor - that is something that you hate to walk in on. My friend walked in on something like that, and there was a barbie laying by it with it's hair cut, but it didn't take her long to find out that the barbie didn't have that much hair to start with. As she investigated, her daughter had done the same thing - to herself, and her little sister.
So did Leah get the chance to cut her friends hair too?
