dirty talk

I love this picture.
Because of our double chins.
Because we were sitting next to each other.
Because we were headed out to ride horses.
Because Paul had just cracked one of his [endless] dirty jokes.
Because he makes me laugh.
Because the camera caught that moment.
Because I love the man so damn much.

#4 turned #1

We just had a birthday...

Little miss
turned...

 In lieu of cake,
I thought itd be brilliant to have a
PUDDIN PARDY.
You know, cause Im too lazy (smart) to make a cake
and babies like pudding
and messes.

So we got on appropriate attire and headed to the bathroom.

Vanilla and Chocolate were on the menu....

Things started out nicely...

kids using spoons
staying clean
 feeding the birthday girl
being polite to each other
Its like they never had a puddin pardy ever before!
(they didnt know what to do)
So dad stepped in and threw a few handfuls around.

The older kids LOVED it.

Birthday Girl hated it.
 See for yourself.
So we cleaned Scarbabe off, got her out
 and the REAL party started.
 For 2 hours. no lie.
My bathroom still smells of chocolate.
(or poop)
I think I may have just doomed myself with a
very messy new tradition.
(oy.)

Mother Theresa....(i mean)...Jessica D Wille.

To my most beautiful and dear to my heart friend,
(who happens to be my cousin)
Happy 30th!
*heres to not getting heart pains, or grey hairs, or varicose veins today......

In no particular order just 30 short reason why I LOVE you.

1. There is not one single soul on this planet who doesnt love you.
2. Remember that time when we bombed at state drill team and we came home and bawled like all our puppies and kittens had been murdered? Ha!
3. Your sweet first car. That little tan Contour. Loved it.
4. Every time I smell Curve perfume, I think of you.
5. Our annual meetings where all we do is laugh our butts off and eat cupcakes.
6. In Hawaii, you got a papaya smoothie and it literally tasted like dog poo. But you said you liked it.  Did you really?
7. Practicing the military dance our sophmore year of High School for hours and hours and hours.
8. The time you went out with Adam Alba for like 6 hours in middle school.
9. Walking through the fields in the summer time.
10. Planning our double wedding to brothers and our colors were going to be Navy Blue and white.
11. Eating at your round table, smorgasbord style.
12. Playing prince and princess when we were little.
13. You make the most adorable children alive.
14. You were every boys secret crush.  For real.
15. Enya.
16. The Christmas you got your new yellow beetle and you cried cause you didnt want attention. :)
17. Pizza Factory cookie dough
18. That Polo sweater you had that was tan and had blue and green stripes.  I wanted that sooooo bad :)
19.  Clinique make-up. Do you still wear that?
20. Visiting you at your freshmen BYU dorm.  and that one boyfriend of yours. tee heee.
21. Snorkeling at Hunauma Bay.
22. I remember exactly where I was when your mom called and said you had had your first babe. I was driving down a highway in Charleston, South Carolina and I was so happy.
23. Lake Powell when your dad left us for hours to "stake out" the camp spot and we freaked ourselves out.
24. The little hut under your stairs at your house in Morningside. We would color on the walls.
25. Riding the white water rapids and fearing for our lives (ha!)
26. Your totally rad water bed.
27. Climbing the rafters at the high school.  (Im almost certain that was with you) right?
28. Our completely awesome flute section in middle school.  Where you would actually play and learn, and I would sneak Mambas and stare at Cody Wardle all 45 minutes long.
29. That one night where we kept going up and down Stone Cliff drive and Jake J and Eric H, were behind us and he literally almost burnt out his dads Porsche engine from shifting gears so much.
30.  LONG LIVE HAVASUPAI! best memories ever.

(how gorgeous are her kids? and #3 will be here in a month!)

I love you lady.
always will.

flaunt it.

I turned 30.
Yesterday in fact.
And I got this card.
The inside says:
And you thought turning a year older was pretty scary. :)
But
my kids got a hold of it, and wrote on the outside
which made me laugh the most.
(forgive the mirror image of photo booth)
It reads:
That is you MOM!
Cops will take you to jell!

..... I think I saw this lady once in Norfolk Virginia

dinner in the park

Baby cakes loves to spend time at the park.
Eating mud, sticks, dirt, grass and sand.
It clearly makes her happy.
And when she has had her dinner of fiber...
she performs all her tricks.
But only after shes good and dirty.

amigas

I have some awesome compadres here.
Amigas that I can drop in on anytime of the day.
Amigas that I can drop my kids off anytime of the day.
Amigas that come and clean my house while we hang out.
Amigas that come with their beautiful fun sweetheart kids.
Amigas that are CRAFTIER than crap.
Amigas that I trust my life to.
Amigas that bring mace on our walks at night for protection from coyotes.
Amigas that are beautiful.
Amigas that feed my face with delicious food.
Amigas that are FUN.
Amigas that I just love to death.

But guess what is the most awesome part?

Is that everywhere I have lived.

I could write the same thing.

So if you consider me a friend....

From Saint George, Utah- Charleston, South Carolina- Yorktown Virginia, Newport News Virginia- Norfolk, Virginia- Auburn, Nebraska- Buckeye, Arizona....and everywhere in between.

I love you all.

Thank you for blessing my life [and heart].

First grade Secrets

Leah has a diary.

Its a cute whimsical notebook that she got in her stocking last Christmas.
On the pages you can find drawings from movies...
The star from Tangled.
An occasional page of scribble when Maya has found it and the opportune moment.
A dragon and sword from Eragon.

But if you keep flipping pages

You get to the juicy stuff...

Who she loves...
What she steals... (gah!)
At least she has a conscience :)
Exactly what I would have written in 1987.
This one is a bit weird, but whatev :)
Boy lover
Who loves who
I love phonetic spelling...
I'm hoping she feels the worst about this one.

ch ch ch chicken champ

If youve ever been to a rodeo, you know the funniest part is either...

1. the mutton busting
2. the greased pigs
3. the chicken chase
4. the drunks in the stands
5. the tweens walking around and around looking awkward

And guess who was the big winner of the Enterprise Rodeo chicken chase?
My clumsy, quick, nonstop whistling son.
Asher ran straight to a red hen,
dove for her,
and wouldnt let her go for love or money.

It was the funniest thing I ever did see.
He named it
Rhode Island Red.

and we have been feeding it grains
and left over breakfast ever since.

heres what went down.....

homey G

Julie has a new look....
whaddya think?

.....I wouldnt wanna cross dat.

pictures with a bad camera.

I need a new camera in the worst way.
But we spent our savings on a new hat for this house, so that aint gonna be happenin. Unless the Pioneer Woman Giveaway Gods let me win one sometime....
(whaddya think.. looks nice right?)
these girls are cu-razy.
on rare occasions they sit still long enough to let me re-create styles I see on pinterest.
Scarbabe is an Asher lover. and vice versa.
this one just makes me laugh.
shes probably looking at my whiskers ;)
but this one...makes me laugh the mostest.

Asher loves the praise when he cleans his room and makes his bed with no help.
Hes got the general idea...
(the gymnast border was definitely not my doing)
