I wish....

~That there were no such thing as cavities. Especially for beautiful little girls who think sugar and spice and eveything nice are part of being a princess.

~That I liked eggs. I never have. I cook them every morning for my kids and can make them all sorts of beautiful ways but no matter what I cant gag them down.

~I had kept up my piano skills. There was a time in my life that I could play just about anything. Those days are gone. I sit at my moms piano everyday and plunk out the hymns like a 7 year old. Someday.

~That even when winter comes there would still be one warm day a week where we could swim outside. I already miss the pool, and indoor ones just aren't the same.

~I had kept better in touch with some long lost friends. I know this is bound to happen but I was remembering all the great people that influenced me in past years and that I haven't seen or talked to them in ages. It wouldn't be so hard to track them down, I just need the initiative.

~That there really was world peace. I hope to see it one day.

~That after I wash and fold the laundry so smelly good and neat, it would put itself away. Like some magical Marry Poppins finger snaps.

I'm with you on the Mary Poppins snap, the outdoor swimming and the keeping in touch with lost friends. As the wife of a dentist, though, I have to disagree with the cavity thing (although I guess now we just have to hope for a lot of crooked teeth!). How about cavities for everyone but us?

Alright Krystal....there can be some cavities for you. I was talking to Tara the other day and she mentioned you guys only have a year left! that is awesome! Long time coming I bet.

I am totally with you on the laundry. I kind of like folding, but putting the warm towels on my shoulders even more. The putting away part is the pits!

Thanks for sharing those. They're great. I'm totally with you on the laundry. I don't mind getting them out of the dryer when they warm...it's a nice feeling. But putting them away is what I always post pone. In fact all the counter space in my laundry room right now is filled with laundry. Neatly folded, but needing to be put away. Sometimes Nick will put them away when he notices it getting a little out of control. It was fun to see you again today and your cute little kiddies. Did Jimmy John's hit the spot?

yes Rach....it did hit the spot.
I dont know why I always crave that! But right now Im thinking Toms Deli....thats sad...its 830 am.

I totally agree! You are better than I am though, I don't even cook the eggs...my poor children, and yes, we have missed the pool for a good couple of months now because of the "BAN" on babies...we love the water!

I agree with everything you just listed. I especially hate laundry. It wouldn't be so bad to take care except for the fact that I have to carry them up and down the stairs. Jared is good to help; mainly because he has seen the clothes basket run me over coming down one time.
